Mr. Benihoud is a private Chef at the French Embassy (Residence) since 2004 performing every year a very special night of a gastronomy night known as “Le Gout de France” of UNESCO. He is responsible to produce all meals provisioning the inventory of all food and beverage service. He managed kitchens of other part-time residences in addition to primary residence . He prepared daily meals as per strict dietary guidelines with focus on presentation and formal , choosing organic products as well. He has great knowledge of nutrients side of the ingredients, to be beneficial to the body for a healthy diet to lose or gain weight . He has great knowledge by using the correct vegetables, fruits and herbs to maintain the body healthy and detoxing the body. He is responsible for all meal preparation from scratch including casual meals as well as upscale Lunch and dinner parties for up to 40 guests in an upscale private residence . Has worked with budgets medium to a highest ones.
